'The Merger' is a funny, feel-good movie about the Bodgy Creek ‘Roosters,’ a failing footy club who decide to team up with some local Refugees and end up winning more than just a game.
The film was shot on location in late 2017 in the Riverina in NSW in the townships of Wagga Wagga, Ganmain, Downside, Uranquinty & Yerong Creek.
The film World Premiered as the Gala Centrepiece @ the Melbourne International Film Festival on August 11th, 2018 and opened to a wide cinema release in Australia in September 2018.
