Marketing Coordinator 


This is a casual role with 3Princes Cinema and Event Management to act as a Sales & Marketing Coordinator for Cinema & Gaming events ranging from 10-500 people.

This may involve working solo, or in a team for larger events. 

This would suit an emerging sales, marketing and business Development talent.

A key emphasis is customer service and exceeding customer expectations. We like to go that extra mile.


We would look very favourably at candidates whose studies studies include marketing, (traditional & digital), social media, design, business, commerce or sales disciplines.

This is a good opportunity for a mature student to continue building skills and experience within marketing.

Job Description :

The marketing work will mostly be campaign based on seasons and may include the following activities:- 

  • Emails Campaigns using Zoho CRM
  • Website Management on Shopify
  • CRM Management on Zoho
  • Sales Automation of correspondence 
  • Management of 3Princes Brochure
  • Maintaining 3Princes Social Media Presence including Facebook page, Twitter & Instagram.
  • Management of marketing contractors via Upwork or Fiverr
  • Production of high level seasonal marketing plan 
  • Production of sales copy for communications 
  • Production of supporting collateral for event delivery e.g. Event run-sheets
  • Maintainable of online forms
  • Production of marketing material including brochures, t-shirts, banners as required 
  • Managing vendors or suppliers (as above)

Hard Skills:

  • Good English Written skills 
  • Ability to work to an agreed work-plan
  • Experience in Marketing, Social Media and sales campaigns 
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Technology Savvy
  • Familiar with cloud systems (CRM), Social Media systems
  • Quick learner 
  • Able to meet centrally in CBD for management & planning meetings
  • Keen to learn

  • Punctual & Reliable
  • Previous experience in marketing
  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality or events would be highly regarded.

 

Required:

  • Able to work independently and to agreed delegated plan
  • Australian Citizen.
  • Clean Victorian Drivers License.


Desirable:

  • Victorian Working with Children's Check.
  • Interest in movies, gaming and / or events.

The successful candidate will be required to attend a 3Princes Cinema event to familiarize with our proposition..

We are hoping successful candidates will work long term for 3Princes for 1-2 years on a casual basis as a long term opportunity.
